I truly believe our thoughts rule our world.

Everything starts from inside us and then comes out - that’s how we experience the world. We experience the world through our mind. Everything begins with the mind. Let me explain you this by below example.

When you are full of negative thoughts, even the nice dinner with your best friend doesn’t necessarily relieve them. When you are full of positive thoughts, when you are happy, even the little bad news doesn’t affect you. The great news is that we can change the power of thoughts within us.

When we change the flow of thoughts, we can change everything and life just moves in a better direction in all aspects and it truly works, as your thoughts create your reality.

Spring Edition of the Silva Life System, April 16th-17th

Spring edition of the Silva Life System Seminar took place on 16th-17th April in Central Hotel, Dublin. As always I had a huge privilege to teach and be surrounded by amazing and like-minded poeple from Ireland and Croatia. In just the first day of training, all participants have learned how to meditate and relax their mind and body in less than 20 minutes. They become aware that with practice, they can reduce this time frame to a minute. They learned and practised the powerful tools to take their life to the next level, they had an opportunity to network with high-caliber minds and amazing people from all walks of life.

We all have our emotional issues to bear, therefore it is so important to relax more frequently. Relaxation and peace are qualities that are neither expensive nor difficult to obtain, if we prioritize and make time for them. In this post, I would like to share with you my routines that have been helping me to calm my mind before or after the challenging situations and projects.

 

I found, that the best time for me to relax, is in the morning or in the evening.

Invite the light to your life!

 


It’s officially spring in Ireland, even though we are not feeling it just yet in relation to temperature. But I do hope that April and May will give us plenty sunny days and optimistic gesture like throwing open all the windows and packing away the winter coats. Warmer temperature means more time outside and this is linked with better mental and physical health. I love everything about spring, because I feel that during this season I invite more light to my life.
