Live Intuitive Life


During the Silva Method Club meeting, which took place at Wisdom Center in Dublin, we talked about and worked with our intuition. Also, we had a time to meditate to have an opportunity to deeper connect with our inner-self/heart/soul/intuition.

What is an intuition, some of you my ask? Intuition is an ability that we are born with, it comes from our non-verbal and intuitive right brain, and never goes away. Intuition is more than trainable. It's a natural skill that we all born with  - but, like any skill, is has to be developed and practised - or it doesn't stick. With the right process, you can once again recover your intuitive senses.

I had a huge privilege of attending the Silva Mastery Seminar with Ken Coscia in London last weekend. Ken is a powerful Silva Method Instructor. He has an easy going style and a unique ability to transform complex information into easy to understand techniques to create more balanced and purposeful lives. It was amazing and very inspiring two days of training full of insights, positive energy & many breakthroughs. I am so grateful to have an opportunity to learn from Ken. He is such an inspiration. He has been teaching the work of Jose Silva - the Founder of the Silva Method, for over 44 years.

Gabriel Ostend, Director of the Silva Method in Great Britain did a great work and organized this training amazingly professional.

We all struggled with the daily work-life responsibilities. Another great meeting of the Silva Method Club.The Reflective Space at Wisdom Centre was full of colours and positive energy. Besides learning new things, relaxation exercises, we had a time to create a vision board to help us fulfill our dreams and projects.

Everyone visualizes, whether they know it or not. Unfortunately, most of the time, people misuse their creative potential by visualizing negative outcomes.

You can creatively visualize positive outcomes in all aspects of your life: career/purpose, relationships, home, finances, health, spirituality, material things, and anything else you desire, including intangibles like feelings. Visualization puts the creative power of your imagination to good use!
