Do we use our ability to access information beyond logical analysis in different areas of life?

Do we use our ability to access information beyond logical analysis in different areas of life? You can reflect on this question on your own 😉, but I would love to hear your thoughts on it.

As I reflect on one aspect of my work – guiding people from different walks of life in developing their intuition through the highly effective Silva Method – I’ve noticed that more individuals are open to applying this approach when it comes to making better decisions, recognizing the right path in life, engaging in creative problem-solving, and receiving guidance about people, events, and opportunities.

However, some individuals I work with are still hesitant to discuss developing their intuition, especially in professional settings such as business and corporate environments. I don’t blame them, mainstream beliefs have conditioned us to perceive intuition as a mystical ability when, in reality, it’s a natural skill that anyone can develop with practice. The key is to quiet the conscious mind, trust your inner voice, and consistently apply the insights you receive in your life.

Through my experience working with high-level management, facilitating employee training, and leading various contracts for SMEs and large corporate teams in Ireland and Poland, I have been told that employees who use their intuition – especially managers – tend to be more productive, likable, and effective problem-solvers, significantly benefiting their company’s goals.

Developing intuition brings numerous benefits, impacting various aspects of life in profound ways.

One of the most valuable advantages is the ability to make faster and more confident decisions. Life is full of choices, both big and small, and intuition helps us instantly recognize the best option without the need for overanalyzing. For example, when meeting someone new, you might immediately sense that they are trustworthy. This happens because intuition picks up on subtle cues beyond logic, allowing you to make clearer, quicker decisions with confidence.

Another key benefit is the reduction of stress and overthinking. Constantly analyzing every situation can lead to mental exhaustion, but intuition serves as a natural filter, helping us bypass unnecessary worry and providing clear inner signals. Instead of spending hours debating pros and cons, trusting your intuition allows for smoother decision-making and greater peace of mind. As a result, you experience less stress and avoid decision fatigue.

Intuition also plays a crucial role in problem-solving and creativity. It allows us to connect ideas in new and unexpected ways, often leading to breakthroughs. Many successful individuals, including inventors, artists, and business leaders, credit intuition for their greatest ideas. Albert Einstein famously said, “The only real valuable thing is intuition,” emphasizing its importance in discovery and innovation. By developing intuition, you become more adaptable and capable of thinking outside the box.

In relationships, both personal and professional, intuition helps us understand people on a deeper level. It allows us to read emotions, intentions, and energy beyond words. For instance, you might sense that a friend is upset even when they insist they’re fine. This heightened awareness enables you to build stronger connections, navigate social interactions more effectively, and avoid negative influences.

Intuition also contributes to success in career and business. Many influential entrepreneurs and leaders rely on gut instincts when making critical decisions. Steve Jobs once advised, “Have the courage to follow your heart and intuition. They somehow already know what you truly want to become.” Trusting your intuition can help you identify the right opportunities, make smarter career moves, and recognize potential risks before they become problems.

On a personal level, intuition enhances self-awareness and personal growth. It helps you understand your true desires and life purpose. Sometimes, you may feel drawn to a specific career path, relationship, or lifestyle change, even if it doesn’t seem logical at first. Over time, following these intuitive nudges can lead to a more fulfilling and authentic life.

Lastly, intuition is deeply connected to health and well-being. It can help you recognize imbalances in your body before they become serious issues. You may have a strong feeling that you need to change your diet, adopt a new health routine, or seek medical advice, and later realize that it was the right decision. By strengthening your mind-body connection, intuition supports better health choices and overall well-being.

The more you trust and develop this inner guidance system, the more empowered and fulfilled you become.

Ps. I am looking optimistically into our future with the vision that, as a society, we will increasingly rely on our intuition in daily life. As human beings, we have two brain hemispheres: the logical one, which we tend to overuse, and the right one, which must be activated if we are to create a better world for ourselves.
