Description
The program consists of three 1.5-hour online sessions, typically held weekly. However, some children prefer a two-week break between sessions, this is flexible and tailored to each child’s individual needs.
These 1:1 sessions are a specially designed educational and personal growth program based on relaxation techniques and imagination development. Through the program, children learn how to relax their body and mind, recognize and manage their emotions, and shift their thinking from negative to positive.
As a result of the techniques they learn, and continue to practice at home with your support, children often experience:

After the sessions, I’ll also host a 30-minute online meeting for parents, so you’ll know exactly how to support your child using the tools they’ve learned.
